I have been on “ Super Nutrition “ for about 40 years and have personally lived the benefits of taking nutritional supplements on a daily basis. We offer a collection of information while not secret by any means some it is not so widely publicized as to be common knowledge.
A word of caution, as with all new nutrients or products that you begin to take, remember to always try a small sample and ensure that over 24 hours there are no adverse effects. What is safe for one person does not necessarily mean it is also for you. If you take a small sample and there are no problems over 24 hours then double it the next day and so on until you get up to the suggested dosage. This will ensure that you do not have a allergic reaction to any of the ingredients. Although this is rare, always make sure first before entering into a full program of nutrition supplementation. You should always consult your personal physician to make sure that any new program does not conflict with anything you may be taking otherwise.

The results of taking nutritional supplements in some cases for some people have been shown to be nothing short of spectacular while doing little for others. It is for you to decide how much of a benefit you derive from a particular nutrient or program. Nutrition for the body is all about quality of life and the more you know and use it the greater your overall benefits will be. There are no magic wands only simple needs and wants. Your body needs the right ingredients to perform it’s best. Unfortunately simple diet today does not provide for all of those needs. It is up to you to determine, in your circumstance, what those needs are. When something is not right your body is telling you that there is something that it requires in order to perform adequately.
